TASK-2 GLOSSARY ABOUT PERSUASION TECHNIQUES

We prepare a collaborative glossary on persuasion techniques in mixed groups. There will be a counselor teacher guiding the teams. 

Each group will handle 3 techniques: 

Group 1: Testimonials, Scarcity, Bribery 

Group 2: Plain Folks, Bandwagon, Flag Waving 

Group 3: Scare Tactics, Reasoning (logical), Repetition 

Group 4: Card Stacking, Name Calling, Call to Action

The students will have different roles to define the techniques and exemplify them. For a comprehension check the teams will prepare a mini test for the rest. All the collaborative works will be discussed in a panel discussion by voluntary panelists. 

At the end you will find an e-book about the group works and discussions. 

THE PANEL DISCUSSION was held on 15.04.2021 The panelist students presented persuasion techniques with great examples. The panel was also watched by guest students from our own schools. Both the speakers and all the students in the project team got engaged with the topic. The quiz which was taken at the end of the panel discussion was fun and a good example of engagement.  You can also check our e-book about the persuasion techniques.
